How do I use the same account on multiple devices?

Use the ALREADY REGISTERED? option in Apper to retrieve your account settings and data on the other device.

I did not receive any emails from iGenapps.

There could be two reasons. The emails ended up in your Spam or Junk mail folder or a wrong address was used.

I want to change my email address with iGenApps.

You can change your email by making in a request to our support service

Spectrum does not support my old apps

This is correct. We are working on backwards compatibility. See alternative download link for previous version in this article

What languages are supported by iGenApps? How do I switch language?

Besides English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, German, Chinese and Russian we support any language in your apps.

Why do I need an account for using iGenApps?

You need an account so we can link your user generated content like images and apps to you.


How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

How can I Subscribe?

You can subscribe in Apper through the services section located in the App Menu.

What is a Native Preview App?

This is a preview to experience how your app would feel and work when converted to native

Why do I need a Subscription?

By subscribing you will keep your app published and gain benefits.

App Publishing

App not updating and caching issues

Make sure your App is subscribed and that the trial is not expired. You will receive a mail about that when trying to publish. If an App does not show the latest updates when opening please open this topic for options

Can I get a Native App with iGenApps?

Yes you can. We have premium publishing services for native Apps, and a Native Preview if you subscribe.

Can I make money with my app and iGenApps

Yes you can there are various options. One of them is Google Admob

How can I see my App stats?

To see your app stats swipe your app row to the right and touch the chart icon.

How do I publish or preview my App?

You can publish and preview your app by using the Publish / Update / Preview option in the menu screen. Or by touching on your App in the Apps lists.

How do I share my App?

To share your App swipe your app row in the app list to the right.

Where do I find my App?

You can find your app on your app Link by default.

How can I put my app in an App Store?

You can request an Apple App Store or Google Play Store submission through the Services option in Apper.

What is a native format?

A Native application (native app) is an application program that has been developed for use on a particular platform or device.

Do I need to be a programmer or know coding to use iGenApps?

No, iGenApps is so easy to use anyone can make an App in minutes

Does my App work on multiple devices?

Yes it does. By default all iGenApps apps work on Apple iDevices, Android tablets and mobiles and Windows devices.

External websites and Third party services

You can add External websites and Third party services via the Website Action. This makes the content run inside your app.

How do I add a YouTube video?

You can Add a YouTube video to your App by using the YouTube Video Player Screen. It requires a video ID.

How do I create an App with Apper?

Install Apper on your device and follow the 5 steps.

How do I delete my App?

To delete your app swipe you app row in the App lists to the left.

How to use Social Feeds in iGenApps?

Apper support various popular social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.

Will my subscription still works on other devices?

Yes, it does. App subscriptions are connected to your iGenapps account. Once you sign in with any device, it will detect what apps you have subscribed.

My app does not show in App community.

Web App Installation and Loading

Can I skip the add 2 home or splash screen in my App?

Yes you can. You can use a special link for that.

Can my iGenApps created App run offline?

Yes your web app can run Offline. We support an advanced cache feature for that.

Chrome Updates and Benefits

On 23rd of August 2017 the latest Chrome version for Android started rolling out an improved experience for add to home screen. This update is fully supported by Apper and iGenApps now. We have an updated URL structure with https://[appid].igenapps.com and updated our scripts to have a version check for apps which stay in memory. Read the full article if you have caching issue

Does iGenapps support Progressive Web Apps and Web APK?

Yes by default all created Apps will be installed when using Add to Home.

Does my web app support https and http2?

Yes it does. All requests go via http2. The web apps support https as a default now.

How do install or load my web app?

Your generated web apps can be added to your home screen and work like a native app. Just follow the instructions offered in the add to home screen.
